How easy is it to create a blog?

You don't need to know how to create a web page - but are you limited to simple text?

There's a lot to this online working. I don't think I'm getting to grips with it.

Joined an online course on social networking run by Oxford Brookes and am trying out ways in which people make themselves known in cyberspace.
